WHERE ARE YOU BASED/HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?

I’m based in Northern Ireland and available for weddings all over Northern, Southern Ireland and the mainland UK. Travel expenses are included if your wedding is held within 2 hours of Belfast. If you're interested in father afield please get in touch I’m always happy to travel.


HOW DO WE BOOK?

To secure your date I require a £250 booking fee along with a completed contract. After this I’ll send you out a receipt letter. The remaining balance is payable no later than 28 days prior to your wedding date. If you like we can arrange a meeting or Skype / Phone call to discuss your wedding requirements.


I DON’T LIVE NEAR YOU, CAN WE DO A SKYPE/FACETIME MEETING?

Yes! It’s a great alternative if you live miles away!


HOW LONG IS YOUR COVERAGE?

The package I provide means I’ll be taking photos all day long to capture the full story of your wedding – from the bride/groom preparations right up until the first dance. I often stay on into the night and I’ve rarely gone home earlier than 10pm.


HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?

I always tell my couples this is dependant on what happens on the day but I aim to give all my wedding clients between 500-800 photos. If you have a summer wedding with the longer days / evenings it’s likely to be more photos. If it’s a winter wedding with the shorter day we can be inside more and there is only so many photos I can take of people talking and drinking.


WILL WE MEET YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

Coming up to your wedding day. We will meet up to finalise your details. Which will allow you to talk through your ideas and answer any questions you may have, ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly.


HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE WE CAN SEE OUR PICTURES?

5 to 8 weeks after you will receive a link and a personal password to your online wedding gallery. This will allow you to view all images from the day as well as picking images for your Prints. I’ll then post out your USB + Prints ASAP. If you have decided to purchase an album you can select your favorites for the album direct from your online gallery.


DO WE HAVE TO POSE FOR PICTURES?

I know what you mean. I hate posing for pictures too. Posing isn’t natural and I don’t think it looks natural either. My style is all about capturing the REAL you and the JOY of your wedding day


DO YOU STILL DO THE TRADITIONAL GROUP SHOTS?

Whilst my style lends itself to unposed photography, I’m still happy to do around 8-12 traditional groups, this will take between 20 – 30 minutes depending on group size, location and the weather. it’s usually best to do these before anybody gets a chance to get to the bar! I won’t make you have these kind of group photos if you don’t want to.


CAN WE MAKE OUR OWN PRINTS FROM THE USB?

Yes, I fully encourage you to do so. You can print images from the USB for personal use, the only limitation is that the images cannot be used for commercial purposes. If you would like to purchase prints from me, you or your guests can order from your personal password protected gallery in various sizes.


CAN MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY BUY PICTURES?

Of course. From the online gallery, they can order digital downloads and prints. To let family and friends have access, you just pass on the gallery link and password.  


ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, I’m fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity as well as having all my equipment insured.


HOW DOES THE ALBUM DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

After you have viewed and picked your images, I design your album layout, to ensure that it accurately reflects the events of your day. This layout is a draft that you proof through the online gallery ( password protected ). This process takes about four to five weeks.

I work with many fantastic wedding suppliers, make up artists, hair stylists, florists, videographers. If this is something you’re interested in please let me know and I’ll send you a list. All great at what they do and easy to work with.
